Positive: Very good location as its placed 100 meter from Carosello 3000 main lift. Dishwasher was brilliant to keep things tidy and the nespresso machine was a nice touch.
Negative: Mind you writting this - its a good place. I've had better and much worse in Livigno. Little things around communication was abit off and there was a few pieces missing like no oven or and british people will miss a toaster in apartment. The kids will be disappointed that TV cant show netflix and youtube because its internet is disabled . I was contached via whatsapp by host regarding payments which was abit odd as it came out of the blue. There was no funny busines, its just bad comms. The towel heater didnt work. Overall its a fine place and a legit good offer, but you would earn a extra star in every review by using a week's worth of effort on communication and process streamlining. For instance, I didn't know you couldn't park in the indoor car park and was thrown out. There is NO sign of it anywhere - and the door is open. Consumables like dishwasher tabs and Nespresso was so scarce it was a joke. like two tabs and two Nespresso. The experience would be so much better if there was a little more and they charged the 10 euro all consumable costs. Toiletpaper, Nespresso and dishwasher tabs. all in all, despite all, I would highly recommend it
