Negative: Could use shading curtains as the outer blinds do not close up well and cannot darken it well enough.

Positive: One of the best hotels I ever visited. Highly recommended to all travellers to Leipzig. Perfect location close to the city centre, cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Nothing to dream about!

Positive: Our dog was very welcomed! We got a bed, bowls for water and food. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect. We went walking to the old town but it was quiet.

Positive: Nice, clean, well furnished room. Helpful staff.
Negative: Breakfast was a bit overpriced. Mattress was not the most comfortable. No tea/coffee or kettle in room.

Positive: The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and in case it did not need cleaning on a certain day, there was the option to not have it cleaned in favor of the environment. The location was great, far enough from the noise of the city, and close enough to the city center to not need to use public transportation. There was a fridge on our floor to store any items that needed cooling. The items could be labeled by date and room number. There was also a microwave. The theme of the hotel, books, was well-displayed. There were books on every floor and probably in every room. The flying book pages printed above the bed on the wall were very artistic. There was a cooling device in our room that worked well. There was a wending machine and coffee machine on the first floor that people could use, even if they had not booked the breakfast.
Negative: The shutters did not make the room pitch black. The mattress was a bit soft. The wending machine was malfunctioning a little. It almost opened the bottle of Coke Zero I had bought while delivering it.
