On an acre, the 1440 square foot, Raccoon Ranch sits at 7000 feet in the Tall Pines, between Flagstaff and Williams, the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. Raccoon Ranch is and beautifully decorated and furnished with custom pieces made just for the property. Raccoon Ranch has two bathrooms, two King-size Bedrooms, a sleeping loft with two twins and a queen-size futon, and a pull-out sofa-bed.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, all the comforts of home, and then some.
Includes broadband internet with WiFi connection and Satellite TV.
The large deck and barbecue are perfect for dinners after hiking or quadding. If you just want to relax, sit in front of the grand natural stone fireplace, and gaze out the floor to ceiling picture windows at the trees and wildlife.
The children will love the redwood playset in back.

Summary: This cabin was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adult couples). Big couch, spacious kitchen, lots of seating on the deck made it perfect for socializing. Lots of cooking pots, pans & utensils. The host was welcoming, informative & responded quickly to our questions. Overall. A great restful home base for exploring the area!

Summary: Great cabin wether it be for 2 or a larger family. Had everything we needed. Could use a bit more in the means of cooking utincels, knives ect. Had bare minimum which was fine we just had wash a lot to reuse. But we do cook a lot. Neighbors were closer than we expected but it was never a problem it was very quiet. Overall a very relaxing getaway would definitely stay again!! We did have to drive in town because I thought we ran out of toilet paper, to later find it in the kitchen. I would bring extra paper products if u have a larger family. Cant wait to go back again and relax on the deck smell the fresh air and watch the birds. Thank you for this beautiful getaway

Summary: Loved the location, conveniently nearby tons of fun. Right by the Choo Choo trains, across the road from the petting deer farm, 15 min from Bearizona, like 20min from route 66 shopping strip, very peaceful and quiet, and the property managers were so kind and checked in on us, even ran into town to get us a few items that we needed. Was perfect for my little family to get away for some outdoor fun.

Summary: Large and comfortable. Beautiful view Minor issue, but this is the first place we’ve stayed that didn’t provide any type of welcome item - fruit basket, water, local treat, cheese and crackers. Nope nothing.

Summary: We had a great experience at this property. My husband and I came to Williams for a family get away with our two little ones (6yo, 3yo). They had a great space up in the loft and we stayed downstairs. We read reviews about the train, but the noise wasnt that bad, and certainly didn't keep us or the kids up. We would totally stay here again, next time we would just plan better with cooking our own meals at the house, as going back snd forth to Williams wasn't ideal. Downtown was about a 15/20 minute drive and nothing else close. Enjoyed the quiet area though, just better planning on our part.

Summary: The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is beautiful in the middle of a ponderosa forest. It is about an hours drive from the Grand Canyon and close to many different attraction. Communication with the property owners was always easy and quick. I highly recommend it.
