Well-appointed​ kitchen and open concept living and dining space make for lovely family gatherings, reunions, work from home, etc. Conveniently off of the living room space is a half bath. Enjoy the large family living room with Flat Screen TV.
Check-in code will be provided 30 mins before check in, and I'd be happy to provide you with our favorite dining and excursion recommendations here in DC. Hosting with heart, I hope our home will make your stay a memorable.
Our home is PRO CLEANED with you in mind - Maintaining TOP Cleanliness standards and our eco-friendly approach are always a priority - we ask for your partnership in this endeavor as you book a reservation. Summary: This is a very thoughtfully appointed property, from furniture choices down to soaps and lotions. And I've never seen a cleaner property...immaculate. It's very spacious, with large bedrooms, and plenty of comfortable seating. It was great to have room to spread out. It took my family just about 13 minutes to walk to the Metro station and we used it throughout our stay. The host Jo was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Enjoyed the DC convenience. House was spacious, clean and very hospitable for the 4 of us spending several days for graduation ceremonies. Local (walking distance) services were very good. Several restaurants and coffee shop. Jo our host was very supportive and offered many options to take advantage of on our stay.

Summary: This space is amazing and hosted by an amazing woman. My family of five was extremely comfortable in this large, well equipped space in a quiet/safe area. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. Very comfortable mattresses, linens and towels. Everything I could touch and see told me I was relaxing on vacation. Parking was incredible, the host emailed a parking pass to me and we were able to park immediately in front of the unit most of the trip. Walking to the Metro was easy so we didn't use the car much. Within a couple of hours of booking I heard from the host asking about how I wanted the vacation to be. She was always available with fantastic suggestions and ideas for any tours, dining, travel... whatever. As I would decide what to do I really didn't use google, I just texted the host. I had many concerns about visiting DC and the location and condition of this space along with the host made the vacation exactly how I wanted it to be.

Summary: Joanna was the best host ever!!!! She was absolutely AMAZING! Our plane got in very late and she went grocery shopping for us to make sure we had food and drinks. She gave us suggestions about tourist attractions. She even made dinner reservations for us. Her home is immaculate! We felt very safe at this location. We also went on a walk around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We are definitely staying at this location again. I wish every host was like her.

Summary: The host requires strict adherence to shoes off policy but that is for good reason, you won’t find a cleaner rental. Very roomy and beautifully decorated. Close to all the attractions and dining. We had a great time.
