Positive: This is a great apartment right across Olma Messen. It is also very close to downtown - 10 min walk tops. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything one needs. The host was very nice and ready to help.
Negative: Two small things, that were fixed rather quickly: 1) Description for collection the keys is a bit misleading: it says that the lockers are right next to the mail boxed, however for Apartment #2 the lockers are actually located at the different entrance (around the corner, literally 15 meters away). Mentioning that in the instructions for key collection would completely eliminate this confusion. Anyway, host quickly explained me over the phone where to find the keys. 2) Wi-Fi didn't work when I arrived. Some quick manipulations worked, but it took some time and messaging with the host to get there.

Positive: Beautifully clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable bed. Brilliant shower. Owner very fast to communicate. I can’t wait to come back again. Very highly recommended.

Positive: The apartment is right next to OLMA and the center is 10 minutes away. Even though there is a restaurant close to apartment, the place was very quiet and peaceful during our stay (although the festival was going on in OLMA). The apartment itself is small, but cozy, newly furnished, clean. It was really cold outside, but inside was nice and warm what was great. The kitchen has basic equipment, but you can find everything you need for a short stay. At the beginning of our stay, there was a little problem with number of people staying, but the owner's communication was fast and the problem was solved very quickly which we really appreciate. Generally, Yannick was very helpful. It is also nice, that you can park your car in OLMA, which is a few steps away. And what is more, we were very lucky that it was free during the festival. :)
Negative: The space is perfect for two people. We were three adults. The third person have to sleep on the sofa bed, which is not ideal. But we expected it.

Negative: There was no microwave oven. One was felt essential. This could make an exceptional full proof facility

Positive: The flat is in a quiet nice area, no cars or noise, near two museums. The landlord managed to solve a problem (no towels in the flat when we arrived) relatively quickly
Negative: The flat looks newly done, and still not fully fitted. We have not been able to use the TV, there were no instructions. One of the bedside lamps is missing. The curtains have not been fitted, they trail on the floor for metres and get in the way. No chairs in the bedroom, no stools in the bathroom. The shower is extremely slippery, it may be dangerous. We were confused about the use of the parking meters nearby, due to lack of explanations in the flat. Some advice about restaurants would be useful. The flat is situated in a desert area, no shops whatsoever, no supermarkets, no cafés, no restaurants except the one opposite, devilishly expensive.
Summary: Basic, but it has served its purpose.
