Located in the quiet neighborhood of Shore Acres, This 3,000 sf home is located directly across the street from Narragansett Bay and a short walk to the neighborhood beach! Have a small boat or kayak? Launch it at the neighborhood boat ramp. Enjoy full views of the bay and Fishing Cove from almost every room in the house. This beautiful, central air conditioning, 2 story, 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath home is tastefully decorated and provides comfortable furnishings. The first floor has an oversized kitchen and living room. The first floor bedroom (2 twin beds) has access to the first floor full bath. The second level of the house has 2 bedrooms, another living room with a wet bar and walkout access to the water view porch. There is also a private water view office and upstairs mud room. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub and sink. The third bedroom has a full size bed and has a daybed outside of the bedroom with a kitchenette, sitting area and a separate staircase. The 3rd bedroom is often used as an au pair suite for extended families or young adults that want a little privacy.
There is an outside shower and a private outside patio for dining & grilling and a fire pit for cooler nights.

Summary: Great house with all the comforts of home. Great location to two quiet beaches. Also easy to jump in the car and visit other seaside towns like Narragansett and Newport. This is a great spot for kids and adults looking to relax in comfortable surroundings.

Summary: Perfect location! Very quiet and short walk to the beach! We have 3 kids (2 under 4 yrs) and they were able to walk. The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed! I liked that we could take a super short walk to a Smaller beach with a Jetty or Walk a little farther to the bigger beach, either way the kids loved it! The balcony view is amazing and the space with the patio chairs made it a great hangout at night with the bridges all lit up! We have zero complaints! Lisa the owner was so friendly and always answered our texts almost immediately! Thanks Lisa!

Summary: We love staying here. Clean, bright, and very well stocked! The owners really went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had a enjoyable stay. There was also plenty of space for our family - and we especially enjoyed our water view from the balcony. Also, great location with plenty to do! Definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone who wants to get away from it all, relax and enjoy being so close to the beach!

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay in North Kingston RI. The house was spacious and roomy (perfect for a family getaway) with multiple bedroom options, bathrooms, and well-appointed, tasteful furnishings. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and the owner left coffee and a refrigerator of cold water for us. The views were beautiful and it was wonderful waking up and having coffee on the outdoor deck overlooking the water. Plus for the kids, there were beach toys and boogie boards, puzzles, etc.Great location, driving distance to Newport and Providence and walking distance to beach, but at the same time, remote enough that it was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend the property.

Summary: We enjoyed the 4th of July with family at CVIEW watching the fireworks from many towns from their front lawn. Shore Acres is a great family spot. Very quiet, nice neighbors, relaxing! Would recommend to others who want to get away from it all!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay while visiting North Kingston in August 2015. The owners and their realtor were so professional: they were quick to respond to my inquiry, excellent communicators and very organized. They made the whole process go seamlessly. The house was very beautiful, large and immaculate. Our family and extended family were very comfortable. We had our son and grandchildren come stay with us. The grandkids age 2 and 4 were at home there. The beaches were a brief walk and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe for them. Lisa left sand toys, rakes, rafts and beach chairs for us. We all went clamming, made chowder and used the clam shells for the kids to paint. The au pair suite upstairs was ideal for my son and his family. The house was clean and charming. Best of all, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fun vacation: beach chairs, towels, sheets, coolers and boogie boards. For rainy days, there are books and games and and a binder full of recommended places to go and things to do. The house is a quick ride to Providence and to Newport. The house is very nautical and decorated with the finest furnishing. Even the towels are plush with nautical designs. There are 3 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 4 refrigerators, so there is ample space for food and for cooking. Loved it, will return next year. We flew in from California to rent this beautiful home We'll definitely hope to return again!

Summary: My family came from the city to this beautiful water view home. The house is immaculate and a perfect beach getaway with the family. We came with our teenager boys and daughter. The flexibility if the second floor bedroom, kitchen suite was perfect for the kids to hang out. We had lobster dinner on the deck as we watched the sailboats. The house is convenient to Newport and Providence where we went for day trips. The owners are from Rhode Island and have furnished to the highest standards. They provide everything so you just need to being a suitcase of clothes. I would highly recommend Seaview. We are going back again in August 2015 to enjoy RI and Seaview.

Summary: This is the best vacation spot ever! It is across the street from Beautiful Narragansett Bay! The scenic waterviews are just gorgeous from most of the rooms in the house. My favorite is the master suite, it was so relaxing to sit by the window reading a book as I looked at the Jamestown and Newport bridges lit up under the moon light. We took a sunset cruise from Quonsett for a light house tour of Narragansett Bay. The ferry is 5 minutes from the house. We enjoyed clamming for quahaugs in front of the house and made a tasty Rhode Island chowder and clams casino.. Boating, beaching, sun & fun is what this is all about for us. There's so much to see & do. The house is magnificent! Mostly all windows on the waterside-tremendous views and sunsets.What a home to entertain friends & family. I loved the beach decor! The owner decorated the home in such a nautical comfortable style. I really felt at home and away from it all. The kitchen was state of the art and a joy to cook in. There are 2 dishwashers and two ovens on the first floor. The second floor has a full wet bar and an other kitchenette with a 3rd dishwasher and full refrigerator. You can easily grill out & entertain on the deck overlooking the bay. We loved this area. Went to casinos, toured two of the Newport mansions, went to the oldest synagogue in the country in Newport, took the train from Wickford to Boston and went to many of the beautiful Rhode Island beaches. Next time we want to go to Martha's Vineyard for the day.

Summary: We stayed at this house during Memorial Day weekend of 2013 and absolutely loved it!!!! The owners are really nice people and were quick to respon to all our inquiries and questions. This beautiful house is exactly as the picture that are posted online. There are 3 large bedrooms and 4 beautiful bathrooms. The master bedroom is to die for! King size, jacuzzi, sitting area, fire place, you name it, it has it! Our children absolutely loved the beautiful surrounding area. We shopped In Wickford at the delightful shops and my husband and I took in some antique shopping. The restaurants are fantastic, they have it all within 5 minutes from the home, Italian, great New England fresh seafood, home made cream. The peopel there are really nice. If you have not been to Rhode Island, you must visist the Town of Narragansett and it's beautiful beach! It is just a short drive to Point Judith. You can catch the ferry there to go to Block island or you can go to the boats to buy fresh fish and lobsters. You can also catch the Martha's vineyard fast ferry 5 minutes from the house for a fun day! This house is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone! I am so looking forward to renting it again during the summer!
