This home on Bonnet Point has the most beautiful views available in Bonnet Shores. The oversized 2-level deck (NEW in JUNE 2013), 3rd level stone patio (May 2014) provides you a view of open ocean, and the beautiful Bonnet Beach & Kelley Beach Cove. Enjoy fishing for blues, stripers & tautog 24 hours a day off the rocks 20 steps from the deck. Enjoy watching boats, surfers, paddle-boarders & jet-skis from the comfort of the living room/deck. The oversized lot provides for extra parking of 6-8 CARS for all your guests (there is no parking on Bonnet Shores Roads, and spacious enough for numerous outdoor activities. Enjoy the magical, hot summer days here and the cool summer breezes off the ocean. Wake up to breathtaking views from every spacious bedroom. Upper Level: Three bedrooms & one full bath. Lower Level (1st floor): Bedroom with Queen Bed, Open Dining/Living Room with Fireplace (UPDATED JUNE 2020) , Sunroom w/ wet-bar, Full Bath.
The kitchen & bathrooms were renovated in 2010 & early 2011. All new appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, full-size Jenn-Air oven, microwave, over-sized farm sink. Grill is also provided on outdoor deck, Propane refills available nearby. Compact Car Space in Garage.

Summary: We’ve been coming to bonnet shores for years now and this is the first time at Mary’s house. The location can’t be beat.

Summary: Overall, our stay was very nice. The house offers breathtaking views of the ocean and there is plenty of room inside the house. The outdoor space is lovely and Mary appears to have the largest plot of land in the neighborhood. We had a slight snafu entering the house upon arrival, but the owner apologized and made it right. We loved Kelly's beach, the restaurants nearby and our trip into Newport on a cloudy day. We had a nice time during our week at Bonnet Shores. Thanks!

Summary: The house is in a fabulous location and Mary was an excellent host. The first floor of the house is in good shape and the deck is awesome. The second floor needs some TLC but Mary communicated that clearly to us before we booked.

Summary: The views from the living room and porch area are amazing. That alone made the experience worthwhile. It was also walking distance to a calm and beautiful private beach. The house was fine but shabby and not very clean.

Summary: This was the perfect location for our family gathering! Incredible 180 degree views of the water and a view from basically every room! Plus plenty of room for a family of 9 to stretch out . Mary was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! The only thing is that the house is in need of a little TLC but we knew that going in as the pictures were accurate. Thank you Mary for a great stay!

Summary: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Fabulous views over the water. House NOT very clean, dirty dishes/silverware. Propane fuel was empty. Grill needs a brush to clean it. It's the little things that make the difference.....

Summary: Mary’s house is incredible. The location is outstanding for a relaxing, low-key beach vacation. The views are million dollar views and just like the Instagram photos of the house we found. You will be so happy you rented there. I hope to get back there soon!

Summary: My friends and I stayed for a Friday-Sunday weekend. The place was great and Mary was an awesome host! View was spectacular, house was a perfect size and the back deck with a grill was an added plus. Only thing to note is that it takes a bit for Ubers to get to the house if you wanted to head to Newport or downtown Narragansett for the day/night (had about a 12-15min wait time) but it didn’t impact the weekend whatsoever. Thanks again for the best weekend, Mary!

Summary: We enjoyed our time at Bonnet Point very much. The house was homey and welcoming, clearly a much loved summer home. The location was high-end however the house was low key. The views were picture perfect. Accommodations suited parents, teens and grandpa. BBQ. Deck. All exactly as hoped for. Kelly Beach was incredibly close and inviting. We had to supplement paper goods and bring a drip coffee maker, which was fine, but good to know in advance. Roch’s market was great. Newport was very close as well. Thanks!
