Summary: Better priced than some Jacksonville options because it's not right in town. Beautiful view of the valley! Neighbor's dogs were large and greeted us loudly, but backed off when confronted and didn't come around again after the initial encounter.

Summary: I met a very nice property care taker on my second day who stopped by to check on my stay. I pointed out a minor hard to see "Spiderman" Web on a free standing floor lamp that was easy for me to see the top off as I stand 6' 7" tall. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to other travelers in the Medford, Oregon area. It was also nice to find a near by White Water Rafting designation 10 minutes away from this property in the City of Gold Hill off of Old Stage Road next to the Rouge River. This will certainly be a return to Vrbo rental location recommendation :) Like to also wish a get well soon to the Property Owner Daniel.

Summary: This was the perfect little place to stay. It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed and AC during a heat wave. It was nicer than in the photos and it should be noted that there’s a new couch. We mistakenly thought an appliance was broken and we got excellent service from the property management company as well as the owner. Thanks again for everything!
