Positive: Location was very walkable.
Negative: There were not enough towels for the group; it said it was air conditioned but only two bedrooms had air; bed and pillows were terrible; washer was difficult to figure out; tv didn’t work.

Positive: Very clean and great location! Clear instructions, easy to get in, nice area, good comunitcation with the host. I really recommend this place. I would like to stay here again.
Negative: Check out is a little early, but it's understandable. Everyone has their own rules, and the host was friendly.

Positive: this provides plenty of space and beds are comfortable, nice and quiet. only suggest would be to put TVs in bedrooms, since this was a work occasion would have been nice to have the option of going to the room and catching up on Netflix

Positive: Great location. Short walk to the harbor. House was clean and provided what we needed.
Negative: Having only 2 bathroom between the 5 bedroom and for a large party (we were a party of 9). No central air conditioning but this seems to be the norm for the area and age of house. Plenty of fans available to cool off and we were lucky to have great weather.
Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at Boothbay and having a nice place to stay made being together a fun one.

Positive: Great communication with owners. Spacious, equipped, clean. Close to everything.
Negative: When all five of us used the wifi it was weak. Very few plugs so thatwas tough, but didn't ruin the trip. The lock was tricky and time consuming every time we left.
