Positive: The location was good. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Most of the staff are polite and cooperative.

Negative: Kitchen utensils should have more options. A washing machine should be provided in the apartment. Going to 2nd floor everytime to wash clothes is not convenient. It was mentioned that Netflix is available but I had to pay 199 myself to access it and that to after 2 days.. (It should be clearly mentioned that Netflix is there but customer has to pay for it and laundry is there but not in the apartment.)

Positive: The staff members and the management team were very polite and courteous. The place was very well maintained with high-standard facilities in an excellent location. As a foreigner, I find many apartments or hotels in India not mathcing the descriptions specified in websites in reality. However, Borail Homes exceeded my expectations, and they provided better services and facilities than the actual descriptions outlined in booking.com. The place is highly recommended.
