Nestled in the quiet residential village of Seal Harbor this 1910 house with spacious deck overlooks the woods of Acadia National Park. Within easy walking distance of the Seal Harbor Beach and village green (10 mins), coffee shop (5 mins), and bike rentals. Half a mile to Jordan Pond, the carriage roads, and dozens of hikes and biking trails in the park. Just 15 minute drive to hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. Two and a-half bathrooms. Wood floors with area rugs, except the kitchen and bathrooms. New mattresses, sheets and towels. New couches, rugs, and curtains. Fully functional, dated kitchen. Thoroughly cleaned between every rental. There are neighbors on both sides of the house. We love our cosy home and hope you will too!

Summary: Lots of space in a great location, away from the traffic of Bar Harbor and close to the truly lovely Seal Cove area. Outdoor deck looks over a forest. Easy to get to Park entrance and use their buses. Owner was very helpful. Second bathroom on second floor is quite tiny, but not a problem.

Summary: Perfect for a trip with a group of friends, would definitely stay here again! The house was perfect for our group (3 couples + 2 siblings), great location for any outings across the island, and plenty of space for us to hang out or eat in without feeling on top of each other. Owner was very helpful and friendly

Summary: Perfect location - quiet, friendly and close to hiking and biking. Good nearby restaurant and great bike rental/store - but not crowded like Bar Harbor. Edie was very flexible with us and super-fast to answer questions and give great suggestions. House was well-stocked. We are already planning our next visit!
