Positive: Location in mountain and seaside beautiful and quiet.. clean. Breakfast good. Views..pool and pool Cafe. Grounds nice. Staffvery pleasant. Rooms nice and big. Balcony lovely. Cute wiker bags provided to take towels and such to poo Their minor faults would never keep us away. It was a treat to stay there.
Negative: Noise between floors. Lack of follow-through or communication. Ex..promise to send TV tech following day for 3 days and nvr did. Not telling us reservations required until after hotel 'got busy' on 4th night. We got ake away from then on. Only 2 Towels left by house keeping when there are 2 women in room. Had to ask for more mx times Beds kinda firm. Sleep pillows flat. Noise between floors. Furniture moving. Foot falls. Due to remoteness of location I think coffee and tea should be free. Breakfast was pricey at 18 euro pp.
Summary: I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The level of service from staff at this hotel was disappointing. We booked the hotel for our wedding evening suite at Son Morraig as we were married 21st August. My wife and her bridesmaids used our hotel room morning of 21st August to prepare makeup and hair for our big wedding day, we attended the hotel morning of 20th August to inform reception we will be getting married and the Bride and bridesmaids will be at the hotel Thursday 21st. We made a request to have some breakfast items or champagne in the hotel suite to celebrate our wedding preparations to be told this was not possible and you are not to take any items to the room, we were then charged close to 60 euros for 2 additional breakfasts despite only being served with 1 plate of fruit and pastry items. In preparation for the wedding day the hotel receptionist informed our party you are not to take any pictures in the hotel reception whilst in the wedding robes and the bride was told "Go back to your room you are not dressed appropriately". We find this to be highly offensive and insensitive on the big wedding day. Overall a very disappointing experience at the hotel, we would encourage any wedding parties and brides considering this hotel in view of a wedding at Son Morraig to book elsewhere given the attitude we received on our wedding day.
Summary: Lovely hotel & views, but disappointing treatment on our wedding day.

Positive: My room was very spacious and it boasted a gorgeous view of the med, with lovely comfy chairs/couch. The pool area was very pleasant, and I loved the non-heated pool - great size for a good swim. The breakfast was excellent, and in general the service was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and had no car, but the hotel is situated right beside a bus stop which will take you either direction to Deia, Soller, or to Valledemossa and beyond to Palma.
Negative: The extractor fan didn't work in my bathroom, but to be fair I didn't alert the staff. I did alert them about another issue, which was addressed immediately.
Summary: Really lovely stay, great hotel, location and I will be back!

Positive: As we walked into our ocean view room we were blown away with how beautiful it was! The room is extremely spacious, with a sunset view, and the perfect location in between the towns of Valldemossa and Deia. The pool area was relaxing and the cappuccinos at the restaurant were great. We would love to come back for another stay here!
