Summary: I would definitely love to stay at Borgata again. Checking in and out was a breeze. I truly appreciated how quickly my texts were answered. The staff was extremely considerate and kind, sending me texts to see if we were comfortably and in need of anything. During our stay, there was an evaluation due to wildfires. Borgata offered early check outs and all guests would be charged only for nights stayed. This establishment isn't just about the business, they truly care for the safety and well being of theirs guests. I hope all staff members have evacuated and are safe. All my best wishes to everyone. I regret that i didn't have the opportunity to meet and thank the front desk staff in person for their care and kindness.

Summary: Arrived after hours but they had a self serve system to check in and get a key and parking pass. Located beside a golf course with a club house so food is available.

Summary: Our loft was very nice. It was clearly renovated and updated. The suite itself was very clean and welcoming. The lodge itself is quite outdated. The hallways look old and smell musty. The carpets around the lodge are stained and could use replacing. Our friends suite was extremely outdated. The check in process is slightly painful and our entire group felt the same. It took a long time. All in all it was a nice stay. Not entirely sure I would stay again unless I had another event right on site.

Summary: I felt home away from home feeling, it was perfect but shopping mall was far about 15 minutes drive. The small market downstairs was closed so found it but inconvenient. Staff is super helpful. Will definitely be coming back again 😊

Summary: Great place. To far to get to anything in Kelowna. 30 minute drive to downtown. Also the front desk was open only from 9-5. Rooms were great but I felt like I was in jail. 3 different keys to get to your into your room. Live the safe feeling but this place was extreme. If you list your keys you pay a huge fee The room was great and very clean. Bathroom was awesome

Summary: Clean, fully equipped suite with kitchen, some basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, tin foil supplied, balcony with BBQ, on the golf course and short drive into Kelowna wineries and beaches. Very reasonably priced relative to other options in the Kelowna area. Will definitely book again on my next visit to the area.

Summary: We loved it here. Please think of this place more as a VRBO stay and not a hotel stay. This is a great area, my family loved being so close to the golf course and a good sized shopping centre is just down the road. Quiet, relaxing and perfect. Tip: the kitchenettes are good, they have everything you need but we are booking a full kitchen next year. Before we left we booked our stay for next year.
