Summary: Being a member of Relais & Chateau,I expected much more hospitality.The Estate itself is stunning but the staff needs a training regarding hospitality ASAP ,specially the team from the restaurants (Cedri ,breakfast) . Exception with the front desk team,specially Maggie and Valentina ,who were so kind and helpful.

Summary: Amazing resort, surrounded by nature and a beutifule park. Great pool and very delicious food at the pizzeria. The second resutaurant where dinner is served was disappointing, and no many choices for vegetarians. The rooms are very comfortable, too bad no espresso machine at the room and the coffees at the resort restaurants are too over-priced. Very delicious brakefast.
