Positive: This place is amazing and although I like to keep trying new experiences I would love to go back. Our room was a little rustic so I would ask for an upgrade. However, the location of the hotel, the stunning views and the authentic Tuscan buildings more than made up for it. I could have stayed there longer and luxuriated in the peace and quite of it's surroundings. Oscar and his staff were all so helpful and friendly. In fact when my daughter became ill, Oscar was our saviour. He really went out of his way to help us. Borgo La Capraia is a hidden gem. I wish it were mine.
Negative: The drive to get to the hotel on a steep, windy, single track road. Beautiful scenery though. Car park not very well sign posted in the dark, neither was how to get to reception from the carpark if you arrive at night.

Positive: The nature around is simply magical, so beautiful! The views were stunning and unforgettable. Our room with the terrace was very nice and comfortable. We also loved the cats around, they made the place even more special. The pool was refreshing and perfect. Oscar was also extremely kind and helpful when we had some car issues – we really appreciated it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt sad to leave
Negative: The only small thing for us was breakfast – here in Scandinavia we are used to a bit more variety and something heavier. There was quite a lot of sweet food, which was very tasty, but we maybe wished for a little more choice. Still, overall we were really happy with everything else

Positive: Oscar went out of his way to make our stay amazing. Came down to town as I was not confident to drive the left hand drive car up the hill road (was a comfortable drive) but still loved the gesture. Awesome food and amazing views. Would 100% recommend
