Positive: The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and extremely kind. The room had the most amazing view from the terrace. Staff was wonderful.
Negative: It is a bit of a haul from Bellagio, but the hotel offers a shuttle service for 7€ per day that works quite well, so not really a complaint

Positive: It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Gorgeous location and inside was decorated very tastefully
Negative: The staff were lovely I felt like they couldn’t do enough for us. So welcoming and accommodating. I told them it was our honeymoon and they sent two glasses of prosecco to our room and kept the kitchen open to prepare us some food as we arrived late. So lovely

Positive: Lovely property located up the mountain slope with a panoramic view of Lake Como just outside the balcony. The hotel staff were all courteous and professional and always ready to help customers at all times.
Negative: It would have been perfect if it was within an easy and short walk to the city center. Otherwise, more restaurants in the vicinity would be most helpful for customers who prefer to stay in the hotel instead of making the trip to the city center.
