Positive: Very clean, the room was very clean, comfy bed and the location was perfect. Less than 10 min to the city center. Communication with the host was very easy and easy. She gave early check in. Totally recommend this place.

Negative: Nothing to say, was all perfect.

Positive: Great location and size of room was good for two. Overall clean and comfortable for a two night stay. Property manager was very responsive.

Negative: We are used to softer bed mattresses. Bed was definitely on the hard side. The shower drain was plugged but was remediated quickly. Sound travelled within the building.

Summary: Parma is a great city. We enjoyed our stay there.

Positive: The interior architecture of the room and easy self check-in/out process.

Negative: The walls are not sound proof. We heard every step of upper floor guests. I think this is the only problem with this accomodation. Except that everything was OK.
