Positive: The house was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean with a very very comfortable bed for the two of us. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, there's coffee and tea to enjoy, along with other amenities. The organisation of the kitchen is exceptional too. Bathroom was just perfect, not to mention the complimentary items we received. (Ear plugs, toothbrush, face mask, etc.) We really enjoyed the living room/common room as well, as they are a very very comfortable hangout spot to enjoy a late night tea or glass of wine. The staff are incredibly sweet and it honestly felt like a home away from home. Absolutely would recommend!
Negative: The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, but over all we did not feel unsafe or anything, and it's not the host's fault.

Positive: Charme of house and rooms, very organized, many cleaning instructions, nearby public transport
Negative: Multicultural neighborhood, but nothing nice, in the evening perhaps not very safe main street from the bus stop, only a single good restaurant in walking distance, that is however very excellent, interesting experience and among the top Boston restaurants Bathroom - too many utensils of people

Positive: The location was reasonably close to Boston downtown and access to transport was good once we were able to obtain details for bus and train routes plus ticketing. The WiFi was very good and the kitchen facilities and lounge facilities on ground and 2nd floor were very good.
Negative: We were somewhat disappointed with our room on 3rd floor. By mid-afternoon in August, the room becomes quite hot and while it has an air conditioner, its effectiveness was reduced because the window above it cannot be properly closed. It was also very noisy. The room next door had four guests in it which created some noise in the quiet hours and the headroom in the bathroom is low above the toilet and near the shower entry.
Summary: We stayed here for a week and the kitchen facilities and WiFi at the property were very good.

Positive: The property is very clean. The staff is very nice and eager to help; we really liked the hospitality. The location is pretty good, with easy-to-reach public transportation. The area itself is safe and clean. I can surely recommend this place for those who seek affordable accommodation while exploring the city.
Negative: The bed in our room was too small for me and my wife. Other than that, I have nothing else to add here.

Positive: Very clean.
Negative: Living on the top floor can be uncomfortably hot during the summer. The air conditioning in the room is not very effective and is quite loud, which disrupts rest. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling is very low, and it’s easy to hit your head.
