Positive: Convenient to AAMU and lower in price than many hotels for the same number of nights. It was spacious, had a great fridge, and very comfortable bed.
Negative: Not informed of the strict, mandatory leasing agreement prior to nonrefundable payment and the lease dissolves responsibility for cleanliness. The place smelled like wet dogs, which I found odd since there are only throw rugs present. Those throw rugs had brown stains though. (I've learned my lesson on places allowing pets). There was no TV anywhere in the home and no response to my report of it; the hall bathroom's tub had a mass with long hairs sticking out of it; most all the towels in the home had stains; baby roaches came out each night in the kitchen and later two adults. It took a while to get spray sent when a pest control technician was promised. Also, I didn't mind the delay in getting in because help took only five minutes, but I didn't like that the back door to outside was ajar upon inspection. It seemed unimportant when I reported that along with the TV being missing. I didn't like that I turned down inexpensive hotels that may have been in better condition than this home. I couldn't even think to cook there and stashed my clean dishes in the fridge until next use. People say the photos are never like the real place, but this is the first time, in all my travels abroad and off the beaten path included, that I've experienced inaccurate representation of a site. Then again, you can't smell a place, see stains on towels, or check for pests through photos anyway - yet.

Positive: I loved the price and the fact that It was alot better that staying in a small hotel room and everyone all bunched up. At least on this property everyone had there own room and a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, it made it feel more like home. I will definitely recommend this property to everyone I know especially when it is cheaper than getting two hotel rooms for the family for the week.
Negative: I loved everything about the place, just would of made it even better if there was a TV in each room and not only in the living room that was everyone can watch what they want. Also on the last couple days small ants were all over the counters in the kitchen only.
Summary: I really enjoyed my stay and will book it again anytime I'm back in the area.

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Host responded very quickly and it was easy to check in
Negative: Didn’t have everything you need to cook in the kitchen. No measuring spoons- cups. The house guys 10 but there wasn’t even enough silverware for 4 people. The burners didn’t fit so everything you cooked was lopped sided. Chairs and blinds were broken. Also only tv is in the living room. It served its purpose and we were still able to have a good thanksgiving.
