Positive: Fantastic location right on the water.

Negative: There is a public walkway right in front of the building. If you are on the ground floor people are constantly going past your windows so a lack of privacy. Second floor would solve the problem. The unit is dated and needs a refresh. Sparsely equipped so if you want to self cater you are limited to what you can do.

Summary: Fantastic location for the price but would be an awesome place if the interior was updated.
