Welcome to your private Clubhouse Estate oasis in the middle of Central Kentucky's bluegrass, bourbon, and horse country.
Enjoy visiting with friends and family inside the 14,000 square foot dream Clubhouse featuring eight spacious bedrooms (many with multiple beds) and eleven luxuriously modern bathrooms on three levels with digital elevator service. You'll find abundant indoor recreation, living, and dining areas inside all supported by two fully modern kitchens.
Later, gather poolside at the iOS digitally heated custom pool with aqua refresh area or visit together on one of the Estate's many porches and patios.
The pool is heated and open YEAR ROUND — heating is enhanced between November and March for an enjoyable experience anytime.
As you watch the sun set over your Estate's own fields of Kentucky Bluegrass you might just understand how Daniel Boone felt when he remarked that, "Heaven must be a Kentucky kind of place."
Private car or van service is available to guests upon request, including our popular 15 passenger late model transit excursion vans for our guided bourbon tours. Sample Bourbon Trail Tour: The Big Three...and Lunch : This high energy, fast-paced tour visits the breathtaking grounds of Woodford Reserve to begin the day for a full scale tour and bourbon tasting. From there, we'll head just up the road for a private lunch at Bourbon on Main in Downtown Frankfort (cocktails, also...hmm?:) and then pop next door to Buffalo Trace for their "Hard Hat Tour." We'll end the day at Wild Turkey Distillery for a tour and tasting. We might even see their official bourbon spokesperson, Matthew McConaughey or--even better--their founding statesman Jimmy Russell. This tour can last between 7 and 8 hours depending on how long you linger. $150/Guest/Six Guest Minimum

Summary: Amazing property. Jordan the manager, was quite cooperative and made our stay very comfortable. A couple of minor anomalies that Jordan immediately addressed. The house is very unique and interesting. There were 15 adults in our group.

Summary: The house was great and served most of our needs. We couldn’t find sheets to go with the extra folding beds and crib. The pool’s pump was broken so we only got one day with it repaired. Tried contacting the 2 listed managers by text and phone call several times but could never get them. So communication was very poor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful Christmas. The house was plenty big enough for the 20 of us. My suggestions for the owner would be to update the appliances and the kitchen could be better organized.

Summary: Crazy huge! Easily accommodated 11 of us for bourbon trail weekend! Big kitchens and private sleeping places for all of us. Using The Farm LLC for van service and tour planning was excellent! Our driver, Carla, was exceptional and would request her again.

Summary: Overall, our 3 generation family of 20 enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and its location. The grandkids loved the pool and there was plenty of yard to play in. Although the hot tub worked, we did not use it as it needed a new filter...I did send a text inquiring about it, but apparently not received. Our other "minus" .. master shower could not be adjusted. Once it got hot, was scalding hot. We adapted, but I'm sure it could be fixed. The house is well suited for large and/or multiple families.

Summary: 14000 sq ft beautiful house. Some minor flaws. Several areas light bulbs needed replaced. Sits on 4-5 acres, grass needed to be cut. Last day (fortunately) pool pump/filter failed. I rate 8/10

Summary: We had an amazing time. Everyone enjoyed the house, especially the pool. I enjoyed the elevator since I have a mobility problem. The property manager, Geoff, was very accommodating and replied promptly to any problems or questions we had. The outside area around the pool was very spacious and relaxing. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Geoff for your services. Highly recommend staying here.
