Beautiful bourgeois house with 200 m² of living space, equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 people, completely renovated, offering top quality equipment. Particular attention has been paid to decoration in the purest Ardéchois style. The house is located on a 3,500 m² property not overlooked and only for you. Superb private swimming pool of 45 m², fenced for your safety with a pool house right next to it. Close to the tourist sites of the southern Ardèche.
Description: Living room 40 m2, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces. A pool house with dining area, shower room and WC, a games room with table tennis, table football, pétanque balls and various games. New equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob, 2 outdoor barbecues (one wood and one gas) and garden furniture / parasols.

Summary: Had a great stay with my family. House is in great condition, pool was very nice and the area is Very nice. Communication we Isabelle was easy and fast. We had some problems with some small irritating and aggressive mosciutos . Other then that we had a great stay.

Summary: We are a family of 10 people that had a wonderful week in this great old house in Vesseaux in June 2016. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier with the house and the area. The property is very well maintained and fully met our expectations. Isabelle was great host; she gave us good and practical advice about the area and you could feel that she really cared about our stay and experiences. We highly recommend this property! Summary: One will never experience the South of Ardeche in the way one thinks without staying at this location... The owners are bursting with information, they love the area. They are the best!!! We loved this beautiful villa, with its wonderful charm and true Ardeche history. The views are nice ...we slept amidst the cherry trees directly on this property!!! Great location for a small group or very large family .

Summary: This is a truly beautiful house which has been renovated to an extremely high standard. There were 10 of us staying and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. As well as a beautiful pool there was lots of space to eat outside and inside when needed. There is also a covered play area with games as well as an indoor playroom. It was very handy to Aubenas as well as the Ardeche and Rhone rivers. We had a lovely time there and thank Isabelle for her hospitality.
