Positive: Location Breakfast- homemade pastries and breads!!! Cleanliness Outdoor grounds and front porch- loved the seasonal decor Staff Quaint and cozy Well appointed
Negative: Room 3 door didn’t close unless it was bolt locked which was a minor inconvenience Will choose another room next time as the common area was just outside the room

Negative: The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room was plain and uninviting. There was no special effort made to make the guests feel welcome. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. The stairs were a hazard. The front rooms were lit up by outside floodlights shining through the blinds which interfered with sleep as well as the street noise. Blackout curtains may help.
Summary: Disappointing. Not really bad but just not good enough to recommend

Positive: The baked goods were really good, with the exception of the scones, which were so dry. Butter and jellies should have been out. Scott and Tina very helpful, too!
Negative: The spotlight from the exterior signage was bright and shown into the rooms. Needs to be relocated or redirected or blackout shades installed

Positive: The location was the best part. The hosts were good and made very delicious breakfast.
Negative: The room was just ok. The bed was uncomfortable.This was not an inviting place to stay. The dining tables were way too small to enjoy the nice breakfast and coffee.
Summary: Location is great but the house is tired. Breakfast was very good!
