Summary: Friendly enough front desk. The issue was that the room had a terrible musty odor that was ubiquitous. We left the window open and fan on, in hopes of taming the smell. Unfortunately, even after s few hours gone to attend a wedding, the condition was the same. We ended up making the drive back home instead of spending the night but I'm happy Hotels.com made money!!

Summary: The entire building is in need of an overhaul. Tiles on floors in hallway were coming up , rugs are filthy. In the room,the bed was ok and clean. The a/c worked good . The towels were old and stained , the lampshade had all stains on it . There was no pole in closet to hang anything on. They painted over badly chipped and damaged woodwork like the doorframes If I wasn’t so tired I might have walked out . I would never stay there again !!! Although The young girl who checked us in was very nice! We stayed 1 night and left early in the morning .

Summary: Bare necessities and functioning but non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and had some mold in the vents. Given the high price tag it’s clear others like me just had no other options

Summary: Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. No tissues. No conditioner, no coffee maker. No cups to make your own tea in the microwave. Towels were great. There was a commercial coffee maker near the lobby. You had to move 2 bikes and construction material to get to it. But nothing was prepared. It was quiet

Summary: Thin walls ….slamming heavy heavy doors after midnight went on for hours….. out Of code dangerous steps. AC kicks in and off with a loud bang! This owner is just asking for a law suit. Overflowing trash in bin outside… overpriced for what it is.

Summary: We had trouble finding it at night with GPS. We stayed on first floor and you can hear every step guests above us took. We thought they were going to fall through the ceiling at first! :) this is a no frills place. It was clean and Bed was comfortable at least. We were exhausted so it served its purpose.

Summary: Was on Cape for dog event for the weekend. At check in, I was charged more per dog than what was stated on website when making reservation. Motel/room has the bare necessities. Appears some upgrades with newer floors in halls and in room. Room numbers were marked by a piece of paper taped to doors. Bathroom clean but tight fitting. Very dated/broken window curtains. Working microwave and fridge but also dated. Dirty/stained night table and shade. Bed coverings very thin/light weight. Did not use heat or AC (not needed). Very limited outside lighting at night alongside of building to use stairs to get to second floor. No second lock on inside of door in room. My dogs were my extra layer of security. Would have found another place if needed to stay more than one night. Not worth the price to stay.
