Positive: Boutique 17B exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional—so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my mum, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring Sibiu on foot, with everything just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Negative: Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only minor points were that our room wasn’t serviced during our stay, and although there was a coffee machine in the room, no coffee capsules were provided. We also had to leave early in the morning before the bar opened, so it would have been nice to have been able to make a coffee before setting off.

Summary: Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional staff, a perfect location, and a lovely atmosphere. A memorable stay.

Positive: Generally all was nice and cosy. Unfortunately the weather was not friendly and we had to cut short our stay. The owner was super friendly and helpful

Positive: Beautifully decorated and a fantastic location, easy to walk into town. Hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and couldn’t have done more for us.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, but we stayed for 4 nights so would have loved a mirror at the dressing table area.
