Summary: Beautiful hotel with a lovely and helpful team working here. Room was super nice and the reception and dining area was very nice too. The little courtyard is very cute and calm. The breakfast buffet was nice. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Summary: Wasn’t very impressed with this hotel, the breakfast, or the quality of the items in the room (walls, towels, beds, etc). Wouldn’t recommend to stay here. Our AC stopped working at 22:00, and was fixed quickly, but didn’t keep the room cool enough overnight. There are no blackout curtains so the room is very bright at night. Walls are thin. Windows are thin. Don’t get the breakfast added, it’s not worth it. Just some random grocery store items and mostly bread/carb options. Nothing hot and cooked fresh.

Summary: Nice staff and good location, but FYI, very small rooms with the shower literally inside the bedroom.

Summary: This hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk everywhere. It’s very tastefully decorated and the facilities were perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only negative points are that the room we booked was on the road side of the hotel and it was very noisy, it also had a bad smell. The staff were very happy to move us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel. Would stay again. Thank you

Summary: The hotel itself was very nice but the area around it was not the cleanest and it came across as being less than safe based on first observation, although it could very well be safe. Now to my room. Super clean! I was in the loft room(#51)which required you to take elevator to 4th floor and then navigate up a very narrow spiral staircase. I found it a bit cumbersome to climb with luggage. Room has very low ceilings. There is also a crossbeam that I managed to bump my head on (I am only 5'8). There is a skylight but for me I would have preferred a light source at eye level. I wouldn't want to deter anyone from booking this room but take this info and decide for yourself. I forgot to mention to staff upon check out that I was not able to lock the deadbolt on my door which meant my sleep was not the best, worrying that every noise I heard was someone coming up the stairs. Noise was an issue. Not sure if it was the elevator I was hearing or what.

Summary: Such a cute hotel. The staff were very friendly. The place was clean. Other reviews I read prior to booking this hotel complained about the location being a little sketchy. I would say that most of Marseille is a little sketchy but once you look past that Marseille is a charming city. Don’t let the street sway you from booking this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Marseille.

Summary: A cute hotel in a convenient area close to metro, cours julien and 15-20 min walk from the Old Harbour. If you are planning a city break this is an ideal place to stay. The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished with charming details. For solo travellers, its a bit quiet at night but still felt very safe. The daytime staff are super friendly and helpful. The only small challenge I had was the night staff don't speak English so non-French speakers, be aware of this when you plan your check-in time! Breakfast options are limited but there is complimentary coffee and water around the clock and great cafes and restaurants very close by. A great choice!
