Positive: The room was clean and the continental breakfast was good.
Negative: Very steep hill the picture is 1 third of it , not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Based on our many stays around Spain I would say it's €15 over priced.

Positive: This hotel is ideally situated for access to the Old Town of Mojácar. The owner and his family are really helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The view from the roof terrace was great. Please note that this hotel, like many others in Mojácar is situated on a steep hill. There is a lift close by which if you aren't fit and able I would suggest you use. We parked our motorcycle in the swimming pool underground carpark for the 3 nights. The park states that parking is limited to 48hrs but we had no issues.
Negative: We didn't do our research and accidentally booked the festival weekend, so it was very noisy until 4am most nights. There was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from room 302, which wasn't pleasant at all.
Summary: Good hotel for visiting the historical old town of Mojácar. Friendly owner and staff.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic accommodation . Eddie and his family are lovely. They are happy and friendly and make it very easy to be there. Breakfast was great. Mojacar is amazing.

Positive: Beautiful house, quite central in Mojácar, close to the central parking (a bit of a steep walk but an elevator can be used). Eddy was a wonderful host.

Positive: Eddie was a fantastic host in fact he could not have done anymore for us so friendly. He made us feel so welcome. Hostel was so clean. Everything you needed was in your room. Beds were good. Bathroom was a room with view in the mornings. Quiet rooms. Great nights sleep. Lovely crisp sheets Perfect location. Breakfast was sublime, everything you need. The roof terrace was perfect for relaxing. It made my birthday very special. Very quiet location.
