Summary: The staff were excellent and very accomodating as my husband was sick and they provided endless tea bags. The location of the hotel is also excellent as you can walk everywhere. What I found disappointing was the breakfast which we paid for. The dishes that were supposed to be hot were not. They were sitting under lights which really didn't keep them hot. Also, there is very little surface space in the room to put items so they're readily accessible. The floor lamp in the room didn't work and therefore the lighting was very dark especially during the evening. Finally, I had a lot of trouble connecting to wifi whether in the room or in the lobby. I seemed to be getting kicked out constatnly but that could have been my computer.

Summary: I usually will only do a review if I am very negative or positive about a place. This is a rare instance in which I am both. Information for this place says street parking is "available." This is clearly untrue. There is no place to pull in with a car, unload bags and check-in, then park. The only parking is a hard-to-spot lot a half mile or so away. I never would have known this, or been able to find the lot, if not for Daniel, who went way out of his way to help me find the lot. I am a veteran traveler and this was the worst check in experience ever. The hotel managemen needs to be honest about the parking situation and give pinpoint directions to the lot. One in the hotel, I enjoyed it. Room is small but cozy and stylish. The bed and pillows very good and shower oustanding.
