Positive: It had everything we needed, clean and quiet. Bonus - great bagel place 2 min walk. Also grocery store and pharmacy within a quick walk.
Negative: Wish there was a throw blanket on couch.
Summary: Easy to find, staff were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Would definitely stay again

Positive: The loft itself is beautiful - super spacious and having two separate bedroom areas was a big plus for our group. Location was very central and easy to use transit to get around.
Negative: As others have mentioned, the area itself can feel a little unsafe at night (particularly the back alley) but that’s not unusual for the downtown of any major Canadian city.

Positive: Sufficient kitchenware to cook for two, as long as you don't need larger knives. Double showers are great
Negative: Weak but noisy AC that you are asked not to run below 70° Fahrenheit (22° Celsius) The area is an absolute dump. You'll be lucky to arrive at the location without being hassled by drunk insane homeless. You will celebrate if the trash in the entrance is dry. Just be sure to go to the right address because the loft is unmarked on Google maps but the completely useless administrative office is marked.

Positive: It was a nice appartment, near the city center. We did everything by foot. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative: The floor was a bit sticky and you can see a few imperfections and signs of use of the appartment, that could be fixed.
