Positive: First of all, this was the most hospitable stay I’ve had in a very long time and I travel a lot. Max was so attentive and courteous. Also, location is ideal - very centrally located. Less than 20 min walk to the CN tower, eaton centre, Rogers arena or Scotiabank arena.
Negative: Everything was great.
Summary: Perfect location, exceptional hospitality.

Negative: The beds were a little on the hard side for us but everything else was so phenomenal it didn't matter.

Positive: It was very clean and convenient. It is in a best downtown location.
Negative: The smaller room doesn’t have any window and the AC in this room wasn’t working.

Positive: I highly recommend staying at this property! Two friends and I wanted to meet up and explore Toronto for an end-of-summer holiday, and this place was the perfect home base. The apartment itself was lovely, well-appointed, and super clean. Cozy touches like robes, slippers, and loose leaf tea made the whole experience even nicer. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and were very responsive. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. Special notes: The couch is SO comfortable!! And the washer/dryer are next-level amazing. This place alone made me want to return to Toronto! Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

Positive: Very well situated, great with an indoor parking spot in the building. Easy check-in with Max who came in person. You can easily walk to most places and there’s stores and restaurants very close by.
