1 hour and 30 minutes from Sydney Canberra and Wollongong.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 2 single beds, sleeps 10.
4M heated swim spa. House is warm in winter and cool in Summer.
Close to Berrima, local vineyards, Bowral attractions including the Bradman Museum and display gardens.
We are dog friendly. Ideal location for WFH with unlimited internet and enquire about discounts for extended stays.
We now have two pet donkeys who love human contact. Nearby large studio/gym/pool table/two single beds and a toilet.

Summary: We had a family holiday (6 adults & 2 children) here to give everyone a chance to relax and enjoy nature. The accommodation is flexible and we were very comfortable with plenty of spaces to be alone or to enjoy group activities. The fire pit and BBQ with a lovely outdoor seating / dining area was well used and enjoyed by us. The well stocked kitchen meant catering for all was easy and with an additional fridge/freezer helped store our shopping. There is no shop nearby so advance shopping is essential. Great views down to the river with easy access and use of paddleboard and inflatable was great. The pool/spa with views for miles was perfect for cooling off and great for the little ones. The owners are very friendly and helpful and with good advise on where to go, feeding the farm animals (horses, donkeys, alpaca and geese) and how to spot the resident platypus - which we managed to do!! A lovely place to stay to relax and enjoy and appreciate nature.

Summary: Rustic charm on a farm. Our granddaughter loved the ponies, alpaca and geese. Didnt see much wildlife but weather was unkind. Be aware of 7 klms of dirt rd.

Summary: Very cosy staycation with family. Our hosts were welcoming, there was plenty of room for 8 of us to relax indoors, as the weather was very cold. The teens enjoyed feeding and grooming the horses. It is a great setting on the river.

Summary: Beautiful rustic home with all the country charm. We were given 3 bags of carrots to feed the ponies. You can feed the ponies at their stables, if you have young kids that freaked out like ours did! Spotted geese and an alpaca too, but we missed the Easter bunny even though they left a trail of Easter eggs. It was too cold to use the outdoor spa which the mums missed out on, but there was plenty of wood for the fireplace and that made things cosy. Outdoor BBQ was traditional with a firepit, just keep that in mind. It was very windy, so we only used it once. Must do, was to walk down to the river and go for a paddle in their canoe. Kids all really enjoyed that! Just make sure you remember to bring the kids life vests! Despite the wind, it was very sheltered in the channel. Thanks for having us!
