Positive: The location is second to none and very good value, especially for a longer stay.

Negative: For the tech illiterate, the use of TV may be a little challenging. Would be nice if we were able to flick the on switch and the free to air TV channels come up immediately.

Summary: Super location, spacious, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Positive: Property was reasonably clean and have most of the facilities

Negative: The property was on level 1, which was not mentioned at the time of booking so could be inconvenient for families with aged or disabled persons. Rooms were not having aircons or fans so there were times when it’s quite humid and uncomfortable. Beddings and pillows were aged. Access was from the back of the property.

Positive: It was all very good clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. We loved the pot plants and decorations, made it feel very homely. Convenient location for my family of five visiting family in Burwood & Richmond and attending a graduation at the Royal Exhibition Building. Enjoyed some great Chinese food and shops very close by.

Negative: Suggestions only. The property is very good. -A light over bathroom mirror, it’s quite dark there. -We missed ceiling fans to help distribute cool air from air con (it was a hot weekend tho). -The chairs maybe need a little cushion, they are quite hard (too many of us for the couch which was very comfortable). -The kitchen is a little tired.

Summary: Would definitely stay again, overall we loved it 😊

Positive: Location was ideal for our needs. the apartment was spacious and well equipped. we only stayed overnight but it would be suitable for a more extended stay.
