Summary: This home and the 55 acres it sits on are absolutely beautiful! The patio and fire pit stare over the acreage and at the mountains. Jeff, the owner, was fantastic. Very caring and helpful. When a big wind storm knocked out power on our first night, he came from miles away with extra flashlights. 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, less than an hour to Big Sky. Jeff, thank you for sharing your home!! The only downside is working through a 3rd party property manager, in this case, Evolve. It’s a clunky, impersonal and seemingly transactional process. I would imagine it also adds extra cost to the guest/renter, homeowner or both. Homeowners should weigh the trade offs of whatever Evolve and 3rd party property managers provide vs the poor first impression experience for their guests.

Summary: The hosts were wonderful and friendly and also available if we needed them , even shoveled our sidewalk when it snowed. The home is more beautiful in person and the views from the livingroom and kitchen were spectacular. We loved our stay and you can tell the owners love thier home as well , the towels were fluffy and everything from the hand soap to the bedding felt luxurious. The ping pong table was a nice touch as we were snowed in for 2 days ( the host said he could plow us out when needed but we didn't mind staying in) The kitchen had everything and more than we could have needed to cook and it was a delight to use. We would love to stay in this home if we ever make it back to Montana.
