The Lee Farmhouse is a cozy, private home that sits in the heart of the most beautiful farm country you will find. Enjoy the country feel while being close enough to fully enjoy Bozeman and the surrounding areas. It is centrally located 15 minutes West of Bozeman, SW of the airport, SE of Manhattan and 10 minutes East of Churchill. Enjoy world renowned fly fishing, mountains for hiking and biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, back country exploring, wildlife and Yellowstone National Park.
This home is designed to entertain. It is perfect for families, friends, book clubs, reunions and so much more. The spacious kitchen has ample counter space to prepare and serve food. There is a lovely kitchen nook to eat and enjoy the stunning scenery. You will not want to leave. There is also a formal dining space which seats 12. Gather in the main floor great room or downstairs living room with a television and game room. Both have fireplaces. The 65" television is perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. The air conditioned home comfortably sleeps 10. The master has a king bed and a beautiful sitting room with views of the Bridger Mountain Range. It also has a pull out twin bed, an inflatable toddler bed and pack n play. The master bath has two large vanities, a soaker jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a large walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms have a queen and 2 twin beds with a jack and jill bathroom. The main floor also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room. Downstairs has an additional bedroom with 2 full beds and a full bathroom. The outdoor deck is huge and has a table seating for 12 along with swivel chairs to relax and take in the panoramic views. This property boasts unobstructed 360 degree views of the surrounding mountain ranges. There is a 4 burner Weber Genesis grill provided for your grilling needs.
At times there will be various agricultural activities going on. Planting, irrigating and harvesting. You will see crops of grain, potatoes, hay, corn and peas. There are farms with black Angus and dairies nearby. Some will have sheep and chickens. There is a small irrigation ditch behind this property that is not intended for recreational use.

Summary: Excellent place to stay in wide open quiet location. Wake up to the sun rise out the back of the house and watch the sunset out of the front. Really great home. Basement with entertainment set up works nicely for all. Loved it.

Summary: Our family gathered for MSU graduation. We had plenty of room to spread out in this large, comfortable ranch house. The young folks especially enjoyed round robin ping pong games. Two large tables to easily accommodate a large crowd. Of special appreciation is the gorgeous snow tipped Mountain View’s, especially at sunrise and sunset. Summary: Stayed here for 3 nights. We came for a wedding in Bozeman and made a trip out of it. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's a little outside of Bozeman and very peaceful. A tractor was cutting hay one day on the property which was fun to see. My little kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) enjoyed the space although there are not any toys there. We enjoyed puzzles and games with the kids. Would be very fun for older kids ages 10-18, I think. There are older kid activities. Overall, a very nice stay.

Summary: Lee Farm House..The best place to reside as our family gathered in Belgrade for my son’s wedding weekend. Beautiful setting! Everything you would need and more. Summary: This house was amazing! Huge and beautiful. Lovely and clever decor throughout the house. The manager was always available for my many questions. We were there during one of the coldest weeks we had ever experienced (24 below one day). The house was comfortable and roomy. And they had the most wonderful towels and comfortable beds. Our family made memories there that we will always remember. It is truly a great place to escape with a big family.
