Positive: The location is very close to the center of Tromso. You can walk to the center. The host was easy to contact with and prompt to solve any issues. The view was nice where you can see the cable cars and mountains from the windows. The parking is good just beside the front door.
Negative: It might be difficult if you walk with luggage since it was slippery with a steep slope. There was no issues for us since we had a car. And it would be better if the kitchen and dinning room with more lights.

Positive: An excellent location - close to the ferry and bus terminal - all be it a stiff walk up hill in the snow. The view from the apartment was very good
Negative: The shower was a little small - but perfectly functional The approach up the slope to the road where the house is, was pretty tricky in the snow - good boots /crampons made it easier

Positive: Whole apartment was clean, had a modern kitchen and super comfy beds with these amazing huge pillows. Wonderful view towards the mountain and town and excellently located just out of the town centre so it was quiet but everything within a 3-15 minute walk. Boot room/large entry hall to be able to hang and store wet outer gear was fantastic. Great to have washer & dryer. Roy was very responsive on WhatsApp when we had questions
Negative: Minor thing but the place really really needs some lamps, especially in the bedrooms because there were none anywhere and having the super bright overhead light on to read at night is unpleasant. Could also do with some hooks to hang bath towels and a mirror that’s not in the bathroom (so multiple people can get ready) but lamps is the main thing!

Positive: the view from appartment is very nice. for two people space is ok. kitchen had everything we need for a little cooking very close to centre extra electric heating was usuful sometimes
Negative: double bed is small for two persons and the one person is next to the wall that means no sidetable and jump over the other person!!!! last day owner sent a message to leave the house as we found it!!! i don't think is a polite message. wi fi had a lot of interruptions, for us it was not a problem Glass of windows could be cleaner
