Summary: Good value for our long-stay of two months. Adequately stocked for basics in the kitchen. Not fancy, but was comfortable and very convenient to all amenities — Tom Baker Cancer Centre, U of C, shopping, restaurants, C-train/transit. Owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Summary: Good stay - condo was sitting unrented due to covid so it wasn’t a good start. All sheets and towels needed to be laundered due to dust and stale mildew smell and there was no soap. Once that was done everything was great. VRBO long delay in getting my damage deposit back!

Summary: Thanks for a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean and quiet, we were able to walk a short distance to the U of C and restaurants and groceries right next door. The building is very secure which is great, just make sure to follow the check in instructions as provided.. I even did a little Christmas shopping at a small mall next door!

Summary: This place suited us as for , location etc... We did have some problems with understanding access, the parking under ground has no marking for what areas are for witch spots. Could use some face cloths and hand towels, we went and bought our own. There are no curtains so it was bright, so child woke up very early.

Summary: Great time, a month in Calgary. We took seven day trips for hiking in Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay National Parks. Three drives to Calgary-area historic attractions. Downtown Calgary is easily accessible by train. Kathleen was a great host; she and her husband helped us move in. Beautiful view of Nose Hill (highest point in Calgary; great hiking). Very secure, near shopping and eating. Definitely would return.

Summary: My friend and I stayed here for nearly two weeks while taking a course. We were so grateful to have this little home away from home to come back to every night. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall the building seems to be well managed and we didn't hear much noise. Kathleen was supremely helpful. When I asked to book the condo, Kathleen got back to me right away and continued to email me back quickly on my questions until it was booked. She also emailed on the second day to see how things were going. My friend and I used transit on our visit. We were able to take 2 buses from the airport to a stop near the building. The condo is very close to the CTrain, grocery stores and a bank so it was easy to stay here without a car. The view of the local park as well as the more distant mountains is beautiful. We were happy to have stayed here and would do so again.

Summary: Our family came to Calgary for a visit. We love this Modern Condo. Kathleen met us on arrival and showed us around the Condo, which was even better than it appeared in the pictures. She also left us some cans of coke and plenty of food in the cupboards in case we wanted to make any meals. The Condo is exactly as advertised, super clean, perfect location for us. It is brand new and amazing, with a common room, gym and security on site. Kathleen was a great host and all went as promised. Kathleen provided excellent customer service, emailing after a couple of days to check if everything was going okay. Overall it was a fantastic 5 days and we would be happy to stay there again! I would be happy to recommend this property.

Summary: I came for few weeks training in Calgary Foothill Hospital. This apartment is perfect place for a short term rental. The room is very clean and everything is ready for use. There is also a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within a short walk. The owner was very helpful and responded my request quickly to help me booking the room. Overall it was an excellence stay. Highly recommended!
