We know families will love this home in South Gilbert. This home is professionally managed by Elite Vacays who has been a vacation rental industry leader and prides itself in offering the best hospitality to make you feel like you are at "home". Your hospitality host is a nearby resident and can assist with anything you need 24/7 during your stay. Less than 1 mi from loop 202. Brand New Interior Paint, Brand New Carpet and Brand New Furniture in every room!
Professionally cleaned in between all guest stays. All bedding and towels are properly laundered between every stay.
Split Master has King Size Bed with Large Walk In Closet, Separate Tub & Shower. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom has Full Size Bottom Bunk Bed, Twin Top Bunk and a Twin pull out trundle.
Family Room & Den both have full size couches with Queen Size Sofa Sleepers. All Bedrooms, Family Room & Den have TV's equipped with Netflix. Master & Family Room have Cox Contour as well as Netflix.
All major amenities including Inside Laundry with Full Size Washer & Dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking, baking, cutlery, dishes, Blender, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Iron & Ironing board and so much more. If we don't have what you need, just ask- we are happy to accommodate most requests.
Need High Chair, Playpen or Air Mattress? We can provide upon request for a small rental fee.
Backyard is fully fenced with plenty of green grass. Bring your bikes and ride through the adorable neighborhood to many of the fun community parks!
Pets considered. If your pets are approved, the following pet fees will be added to your reservation. Owners reserve the right to cancel reservation if pet requirements and fees are not adhered to prior to check in.
For consideration, you must submit a recent photo of your pet(s), provide age, lbs, name of breed and confirm if their vaccines are current and if they are house trained. (this applies for each pet)
After receipt of these required pet details, we will notify of your pet acceptance and applicable pet fees will be applied.
Minimum Pet Fee is $35 per night with Minimum Per Pet Fee of $350 and Maximum per pet Fee of $1,500.00

Summary: Property manager was good to work with. We have stayed here a couple times in the past, and it appears they have removed all the items in the home to make it cozy. (Couch pillows, décor, etc.) Also the back yard was in need of attention. It was an adequate rental and clean. Would stay again. Good location and quiet.

Summary: This house was absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully functional for our family vacation to Arizona. There was plenty of room for our kids and family to sleep and hang out. Tina, our host, was very responsive when we needed her. They thought about everything and had all the comforts of our own home - had every appliance you can imagine, netflix and disney on the TVs, trundle bed, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels to last the entire trip. The neighborhood was beautiful and had a few different playgrounds for the kids and running trails too. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Summary: Home is beautifully furnished and full of all the things you would need for an extended stay. We were particularly pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes for cooking and eating. Quiet neighborhood, nice walking trails, relatively close to shopping, etc. The Property manager was also great to respond quickly to answer questions leading up to and during our stay. Five stars all around.

Summary: This home is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, etc. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed - our last stay was 3+ months. Tina, the host, is incredible - she is very responsive no matter what day she in contacted and she truly cares about her renters and shows that through her kindness and her thoughtfulness. My advice is "book it."
