3 Bedroom House in St. Mary, Babb

Newly built private duplex over looking Duck Lake Shore with 3 bedrooms and a "gear room" big enough for air mattress provided. One side of duplex is done and ready to rent starting July 15! Next side will not be ready until next season. All beautifully and uniquely built furniture, stairs, cabinets, headboards, bedside tables, pantry shelves, and bunk beds. Huge deck looking out to Duck Lake. Please note that the pictures do not include headboards, coffee table, or bedroom art. Pictures were needed to list property and will be updated with these items! We have another cabin on the adjacent lot that we have been renting out since 2012. Check it out VRBO#348155 if you have a bigger party that could use both!

Summary: Great location for access to St. Mary’s, the east side of the park, Many Glacier, and Canada. If you plan to use the Going to the Sun Road for serious day hikes, this is the place to stay.

Summary: Wonderful location to start our Glacier park vacation. The lake was wonderful for the kids to explore. We had plenty of space for our family and having a washer dryer was helpful.

Summary: A great house to get away from it all and experiencing the West as it once was, if that's what you want. We knew there would be no wifi, but we figured we can handle a week with mobile internet only. Alas, there is no cell service either. Of course, this does not make it easy to communicate with the host either (smoke signals maybe?) Also: the tap water smells like iron and is brown, coloring the toilets, the shower and everything touching it. Cooking in the pans provided resulted in food having irony taste. The rest was just minor annoyances, not worthy of mentioning, but the water problem and no phone service was enough for us to leave after two nights.

Summary: The property pictures were true depiction. Although no art work has been added. The location was good. We had issues with the terrible directions. We arrived in the the dark at 9.30pm No where does it say this is the Rainbow House so we went to the Cassidy House where the lock box was set on the pin to open but we could not open because it was the wrong house. The description or directions does not say there is no cell service so we drove back 6 miles to check the listing and call the contact. But could not reach her as mail box was full! So we drove back and tried the rainbow house and got in. The listing does not say house is surrounded by mosquitoes so bring bug spray. The beds were very comfortable but the main room only has one sofa and a chair so no where for the five of us to just hang comfortably. Not sure where 10 people would fit. The book in the house states no cell service and lots of mosquitoes but a little late Lists emergency contact but no way to contact them. This house could be awesome with some changes and additions. Certainly very spacious.

Summary: We loved the location of this property--out in a nice, secluded area but still very close to the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park.

Summary: This house is in a perfect location for hiking in Glacier, with quick access to the Saint Mary's Entrance (15 minutes away) and the Many Glacier Entrance (20 minutes away). It is also only about 45 minutes from Logan Pass and about 30-40 minutes from Two Medicine area. There are 3 main bedrooms, and one small bedroom. We slept 5 people downstairs and one on the upstairs sofa. The great room upstairs worked well for our group as a gathering and eating area. Glacier National Park becomes more crowded all the time, so this house is a good place to leave the crowds behind.

Summary: Liked the big table and deck. Could use more dish towels, and some towel racks in the bedrooms as multiple people use each bathroom. Also come by to take out the garbage more often as the laundry room where we were told to put it was very smelly after 6 days. Thanks
