Summary: The house is in the perfect location for a weekend in the heart of Georgetown. Randy, the owner, was incredibly responsive and kind and helpful with local recommendations. The property is clean, nice and new. We will definitely return!

Summary: My wife and I brought our two young children and our dog to Georgetown - the owner Randy was available and accommodating from the check-in process to when we waved goodbye. As this rental is attached to the owners’ house, we immediately felt part of their family. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, they brought us some fresh baked brownies for the kids (which we may have eaten too), they gave us great recommendations for nearby food/attractions, and Randy was adamant on making our stay perfect. The rental itself was awesome. Plenty of space, great open kitchen/living room, luxurious bathroom and comfy beds. It made what would have otherwise been an average trip into the highlight of the whole multi-day stay. It’s awesome to see people care so much about their guests’ experience. We will definitely be back and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you, Randy!!
