Come enjoy this newly constructed gulf front home and make new memories with your family. This beautiful and modernly styled home offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The elevated boardwalk provides quick and easy access to our white sand beaches and clear blue water. Guests can take advantage of the beach gear provided or use our Vayk voucher to rent paddle boards and kayaks.
The ground level offers a large, covered carport perfect for boat parking. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a dip in the in-ground pool. (Pool heat can be added during cooler seasons for an additional fee) On this level you will also find an additional refrigerator and freezer with an in-door ice maker. An airconditioned half bathroom is also located on the ground level for guest convenience. Don’t forget to take advantage of this home’s elevator to make loading and un-loading a breeze.
Each level of this home offers amenities that make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The open concept kitchen and dining area offer an unobstructed view of the gulf that opens into a large, covered porch. Relax with your friends or family while taking in our gorgeous sunsets and move to the wet bar to mix your favorite drink.

They go above and beyond and are very responsive. We love the location and hard to beat views from all three levels. The house is spotless. There are so many amenities and conveniences here it’s hard to list them all. We had rain all week but requested the pool be heated and it was fabulous. We also had an issue with the elevator, but it was repaired in a timely manner. Don't think twice about renting this beautiful home, I would refer for all.

Summary: We LOVED this property and it was perfect for our family with the little ones. The pool was awesome with a big step that the kids could play on. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, corn hole game, and toys! We booked a Hibachi company to come cook a meal for us, which was delicious and LOTS of fun. My husband and I buried a couple treasure chests that we found on Amazon and the 4 and 5-year-olds dug them up. They loved it. Highly recommend this house!

Summary: Perfect beach house. The owners did not go cheap on items in this house. Above average mattresses, towels, appliances, furniture, grill, beach chairs, etc, etc, etc!!! Full bottles of name brand shampoo and conditioner in every shower with full size bar soap. Fresh flowers on dining table upon entry. The gas was low on the grill and by the next day a new full tank of propane was sitting by the grill! We didn't even have to ask for more! They just did it! No taking the trash to the road, they have people that do that too. Beach was great. Awesome state park just 2 miles away. The bay there is amazing for younger kids. Pool is great. This place is the real deal. You can tell the owners want to take care of their renters. THANK YOU!

The elavator sure was a plus. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner house when we arrived and hope we took care of it like it was our own.
