Summary: Beautiful home! Pool table, ping pong table, gorgeous view, beautiful kitchen, layout is great for entertaining, great deck, great location. We loved it! Please pay attention to 6 guests max throughout whole stay. The property management was flexible with our request to have my niece and her family hang out at the house. One major concern was that there was a local fire. One of the guest received a level 3 evacuation but no one else did. Fire was visible on the mountain above town. We called asking for understanding 1) if this was a level 3 2) how would we hear from someone. It was alarming that we didn’t hear from them until the next day via text. We paid close attention to the locals response as we thankfully haven’t been through this before. I fought my internal momma bear instincts to leave - and I’m glad we stayed. The hard working fire department on ground and air were able to get it under control and put it out. Just wish we had heard from the property manager sooner.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very modern and open. The downstairs had lots of activities for our teens - pool table, ping pong table, hot tube and a large screen TV. Upstairs had a beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. The location is close to many great restaurants and parks. Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We booked the house for a very expensive price to celebrate 4th of july with family. The house was beautiful with beautiful views but as soon as we reached there was pile of trash near the garage and it stinked a lot due to extreme heat. I immediately let the owners know but no action was take for 3 days that we stayed. We could not use the hottub or swing near it because of the terrible smell. Next the house didn't have hot water and the instructions given were very vague and difficult to follow. There were small flying roaches/insects/bugs in the entire house. The heat in the house was automatically turned on for some reason and you cannot manually turn down the temperature below 68 degree even when it was super duper hot outside. Inspite of complaining multiple times noone took any actions to resolve it which was frustrating. Apart from that the layout of house is very spacious and perfect for a large family. Amazing deck to sit and enjoy sunsets. The manson park fireworks were visible right from the patio which was perfect. You can see lake chelan from deck and has grill and propane fire place. If the major issues like cleanliness, hot water and bugs control is taken care of it was the best place to live in lake chelan.

Summary: House is nice and was clean on the inside. Great for families and friend groups. Nice view of lake- views on both sides of house are junky neighbors. No lawn. Also, if you have any issues there isn’t anyone local that will help. We had issues with a few broken items; and when we got there the furniture on the deck was all knocked over including the BBQ so we had a mess to clean up. The 2 extra propane tanks were empty so we didn’t use the BBQ as we originally planned. The 2 glass patio tables were filthy. I also notified them about an ear wig infestation inside (mainly downstairs,) and the property management company just kept saying they would let the “local team” know and they would reach out, they never did.
