Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, this home was built in June 2022 and is ready to host your next family vacation. Make a splash in your brand-new private pool, rejuvenate in the hot tub, then grill out beside the pool on the patio. End each vacation day gathered around the flickering firepit.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully appointed interior with all the comforts of home - including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a sparkling full kitchen.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool and hot tub are open from April 1 to November 1.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Summary: We booked this family vacation with multiple families, that included a baby, dog + mother + teenagers ,etc. There was enough space and everyone was entertained. We spent most days in the backyard at the pool, whirlpool and outdoor tv room, and dining/grill area. The pool and whirlpool worked just fine. You just have to follow the directions. The whole space was fine for 10 family members. Washer and dryer on both floors made it convenient. The location was perfect actually to get to either Dewey Beach (.5 miles) or Rehobeth Boardwalk (1.5 miles). We would book here again.

Summary: The house is very comfortable, new, clean. Kitchen is great and well stocked. Bathrooms are nice and plenty. Perfect for our girls weekend! We lived the walk to the beach, the neighborhood and being close to town for dinner and shopping.

Summary: This property is large, clean, convenient and beautiful in a nice, quiet area. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. We were able to bike to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants. It was a really great stay.

Summary: We had a great off-season stay! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked! My son and brother ran the Rehoboth marathon so our only wish was the hot tub had been on for the weekend for a post-race soak!

Summary: Beautiful house, great location, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. All items necessary for a great stay is present in the house. The only downside to the house is the main entrance, if someone in your party has mobility issues there are about 14 steps to the front entrance.

Summary: This house is incredible and honestly I want to give it 5 stars. I would stay here again and again. Beds super comfy…gorgeous furniture and nice and clean (except for the fan blades). The only thing is the pool heater would not stay on and the pool was COLD. It was not usable. Lots of instructions on how to get it going and we did. Like 10 times. It disconnects or just does not work. It didn’t ruin our stay but for the extra fee of heating the pool, it should have worked.
