Positive: This house was perfect for our grandchildren and us. The kids loved having their own room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was a little hard for our old bones to get in and out of. The kitchen has dishes, glassware, and some pots and pans. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Having the garage was a bonus for us because it rained every day we were there so it was nice that we could unload in the garage. There is a small patio in the backyard. We did not use it because coming from Michigan, it was too warm here for our whole stay to sit outside. Admin was very easy to work with and usually got back with us within a few hours of sending out an email.
Negative: The roads getting to the house are a little scetchy. The GPS kept taking us a way where the road really was impassable because the folage was hitting our car. And due to those roads being all dirt, it would be nice to have a pushbroom in the garage so we could have swept out the sand from the roads. And there was a lot of sand due to all the rain we got while we were there. So we had to keep sweeping the garage entrance to the house to clear the sand so we didn't track it into the house.
