Summary: We used this house for our family reunion. It was absolutely perfect. The game room was the gathering spot for the teenagers and younger family. The seating area just inside the front door was perfect for gathering before going out. The pool and hot tub were great.

Summary: Every part of this past weekend was exactly what I was hoping for. The property manager could not be nicer and more communicative. The house is perfect for large groups. Everything was clean and prepared when we got there. Couldn’t recommend any higher!! Thank you

Summary: Overall we had a great experience with this rental property however there were a few things that were problematic. One being that it was very cold that weekend in Atlanta and we had to reach out to the property manager for additional portable heaters due to the game room and two of the rooms being freezing cold and very uncomfortable to even remain in for a few minutes. Also there was some electrical issues and that some switches would turn on lights and some didn't so it was very hard to know which lights work to illuminate certain areas. And lastly being that the house could sleep so many people it would have been nice to have an additional at half bath upstairs since there are about five rooms and we had a total of 22 people in the house with only four bathrooms. There was a room that had a sink but no toilet so it would be nice if that was converted to at least a half bath.
