Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this house for the second time now – it was roomy, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We were able to rent linens at a very reasonable cost, and the drop off and pick up service was easy. The location is fantastic and ideal for biking or walking to the beach if you’re not carrying too much. We walked to the bay (right down the road) every morning and evening and enjoyed incredible sunset views. Tennis courts and town were close by and easy to walk to. Loved the porch, ping pong table, and the book selection! We used to rent in Bay Head only 5 minutes closer to beach for nearly double the price! This is a hidden gem right on the border, known to repeat tenants and local Bay Header families. Our last stay during winter was just as relaxing, with the cozy fireplace and reliable internet service for our work from home days.

Summary: We stayed for a week with our toddler and dog and definitely recommend this house. Our vacation was during Covid and the owner took extra steps to make sure the house was clean and safe, which we appreciated. The location is great - we really love the area. We went for walks every day, went paddle boarding on Twilight Lake, bought delicious treats from Muellers. Our plan was to go to the beach every day, but an (unprecedented) 5 day stretch of west winds and flies made that impossible. We found other fun things to do, including a walk at Allaire park and playing in the yard. The front porch was great for relaxing and reading. We hope to visit again!

Summary: This is a lovely comfortable cottage that fit our family of four and 2 small dogs perfectly! It has original charm as well as nice updates. The owners thought of everything in terms of supplies. The only glitch we experienced was that shortly before the rental we were advised due to Co-vid linens were not going to be supplied. So I packed all sheets and towels but did not realize that meant blankets as well. But my 2 sons came a couple of days later and brought all bedding. My sons enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but it is a beautiful walk. My kids and husband drove and could always find parking. A key feature is the included beach badges. On July 4, there were lines for day passes!

Summary: We LOVE this house and its location, and it’s very reasonable for Bay Head. This is our first winter stay, and the fireplace was great. We usually rent this house in the summer and love that we’re a short walk down the road to the bay and Marina, Mueller’s and the center of town. We rented a couple of different homes in Bay Head when this one wasn’t available in the summer, but this one is our favorite! Can’t beat the price for what you get. Very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We entertained our friends and had plenty of space. Our kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. Don’t miss Shore Fresh fish market and restaurant just across the street – wonderful!

Summary: My sisters and I, including two young children, enjoyed our stay immensely in Bayhead. The house was open, clean, and conveniently located off Bridge Ave where you were far enough to enjoy peace and quiet yet close enough to the cute downtown area. The beach was pristine with a private feeling to it, but again a short 5 minute drive away to take advantage of the bustles and fun of Point Pleasant. The owner was also very kind and accommodating through the entire process. Overall this worked out perfectly for our family for both the kids and adults, and we highly recommend this home!

Summary: My 3 sisters and I, including two kids, enjoyed our stay immensely in Bayhead. The house was open, clean, with plenty of space for our family of 6-8 at a given time. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was great for the kids, yet close enough to downtown to enjoy the additional activities as well. The beach was beautiful with a private feeling to it, and again if you are looking for more livelihood then Point Pleasant is just five minutes away. Both the home and location are conveniently located where you can get the best of both worlds of peace/quiet and fun! Owners were accommodating and lovely during the entire process. Overall we highly recommend it!

Summary: We spent an enjoyable week at the Jersey shore in this cozy little home, located in a very quiet neighborhood; only a15 minute walk from Bay Head beach. The house is small and best suited for a young family of four. We were five adults and we were a little cramped, especially since there was only 1 full bathroom. An outdoor shower was helpful after returning from the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and there were a lot of games to occupy the evenings. The TV had a very limited number of stations. The owners were very responsive to a broken faucet and contacted a repairman quickly. They were very accommodating for our small dog and returned our security deposit promptly.
