Summary: Great apartment, beautiful views, easy entrance and exits from building. Underground parking close to elevator. We requested patio furniture to be put on patio and it was there when we arrived.

Summary: The condo exceeded expectations! Beautiful view, only two blocks to the Skytrain, Metrotown and air conditioned! We were able to take advantage of the parking space in the building...but we walked everywhere! The kitchen was a bit sparse, we only made breakfast in the condo. There is so much good food in the neighborhood, we brought the food back to condo, and enjoyed our food with a view. Laundry in the unit is plus. We were in town during the heatwave. Thank goodness for air conditioning! One little issue, this condo is made for tall people. The closets racks are about 2meters (6 feet) high. Thank you to Gurminder for your quick replies to all of my questions. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo!

Summary: Travelled with 6 guys and stayed for 7 days. The location was great, we were able to explore Vancouver and the surrounding area with ease. Gurminder was great at communicating and getting back to us whenever we had a question. He was accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great condo in metrotown. Can walk to various restaurants and parks, or take the SkyTrain into town. Private, secure parking. Extraordinary views. Full kitchen plus washer/dryer. Would highly recommend for couples and small families.

Summary: Nice clean place in a great location with great views. The only con is that the kitchen cupboards have the bare minimum for dishes and no furniture on the balcony. We moved the island stools outdoors but couldn’t sit on them very long.. overall place was great for our purposes .

Summary: as soon as my guests and I entered the unit, we all gasped at the beautiful view! overlooking metrotown, the mountains in the distance to the south and east were beautiful. the place is new, clean and modern. the only "complaint" is that some of us wanted to sleep in, but the blinds don't block much of the morning sunlight. perhaps a better place for early birds vs night owls? I'd recommend any night owls sleep in the second bedroom instead of the master. we'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: The moment you walk into the apartment you are greeted by large windows in every room. Day or night the view is something out of a magazine. The washer and dry was very convenient. And the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The short walk to the mall makes the location highly convenient. The building is modern and the neighbourhood is friendly. There is a gym and multipurpose room on the main floor. But our favourite amenity was the park just steps away from the entrance. My family had a great stay during our trip.
