Summary: Just as advertised. We met friends from Ohio, and it was the perfect place to relax and visit in the evenings. Easy to get to; lots of near by places to eat. The kitchen was well equipped with what little we needed. AC worked and beds were comfortable. Can’t say the same for the couch. Very low and hard to get out of. We’d stay here again.

Summary: The unit is very nice with a great AC. The light in the main bedroom closet was not working and had not been replaced despite a previous guest commenting about it on their review. The fan in the master bathroom was very dirty. On our second night the smoke detector started beeping at 3AM and woke us all up. My husband took out the battery, but it still beeped. He called Tanya early that morning to advise of the issue and ask it be fixed asap. He suggested they change all the batteries as when one goes usually the others follow. We went out and later that afternoon on our return it still had not been fixed. My 84 year old sleep deprived father phoned Tanya complaining. Tanya was more concerned about his “tone” then the problem. We went out again and when we returned the battery was not changed. Rather the smoke detector was disconnected. This is a safety violation! That night a 2nd smoke detector in my fathers room started beeping at 1AM. We disconnected it but it set off a second louder alarm. So we did our best to sleep despite two nights of relentless beeping. Customer service needs to improve otherwise it’s a nice place.

Summary: It was good. No light in the closet & couldn’t find a light bulb. Not a lot of hot water. Nice to have space to relax after a long day at winter games.

Summary: We rented this condo over the Xmas holidays to spend with family. I selected this condo based on its single floor layout, city location, and accessible amenities (walk-in shower and no step entry). The condo was very clean and secure. The extra bonus was a heated underground parking stall with elevator access, which wonderful to have during Regina winters. Tanya was good with communication and immediately addressed any concerns. I would give is a 5 star review, but as other reviews have indicated, a key issue is the modern furniture which is very low to the ground or awkward to maneuver in and out.

Summary: We arrived to be so impressed with accommodations booked . Lots of space and super clean . We did however have issues with door handle being broken to the front of the building One other thing I would strongly recommend is get better and more comfortable living room couches Being older was very hard to sit in and then to get up was horribly too low The beds were great as was the kitchen supplies and bathroom facilities The owner was super quick at responding to any of our needs . One other thing would maybe to have blackout curtains in bedrooms , the lights feom the parking lot made it very light in the room for sleeping at night Thank you thank you Tanya to the great place to stay for grey cup weekend and my 65 th birthday
