Positive: The home was exceptionally clean and new! We appreciated the private parking spot and it was lovely having an in-suite wander and dryer. After unexpectedly needing to leave our pre-booked reservation in Kitsilano, we felt very lucky that this property was available last minute! The host was very responsive. The two queen size beds were quite comfortable.

Negative: The location was okay with a car, but I wouldn't recommend it without. The mattress on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed was VERY hard. We folded up a spare duvet to try and pad it a bit but still very hard. My 4 year old was unbothered by it but I don't imagine an adult would be able to sleep on that. Top bunk was better. The living area would be much more comfortable with some extra seating as there is only a 3 seat couch and some stools.

Summary: Very pleased with our stay!

Negative: Was a little hard to locate. Some instructions on the TV & what is available would be useful. I did ask about free to air TV & was told they would get back to me but never did

Positive: Clean and modern. Good location. This was my first time to stay in a short term rental air b&b, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Seems to me that the bar has been set pretty high. It was a spring stay and the street was lined with amazing cherry blossoms.

Negative: Parking was tough, and the rental car was scuffed on the street by a third party. The TV wasn't user friendly.

Summary: I'd recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive: The home is absolutely immaculate and wonderfully decorated. Everything is great quality and modern, the location is great for walking around to find local food stores and great bakeries. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking right outside the home was extremely convenient with motion lights to help at night time. The condiments, coffee sugar, salt,. etc were a great help to have on hand.

Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: The house is VERY clean and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are all top-notch. The place has security cameras so you feel very safe being able to see the outside entrances and walkways. The location is very convenient to get to all parts of Vancouver by car. We drove to the skytrain station and rode into downtown to avoid traffic and high parking fees.

Negative: There is no dedicated parking for this property. Parking is only available on the street. That should be stated on the listing vs. stating that there is parking available. Sometimes we had to park quite a ways down the block.

Positive: Great location; there were amenities and items that were in the AirBnB to my amazement that made all the difference. For example, when we arrived, we were pretty tired and were thinking of how to go shopping in our tired state. We were amazed when we saw cooking ingredients we needed and did not have to go out; it made all the difference

Negative: We asked for a cot and high chair and these were not set up

Positive: A cot and a high chair were already for out toddler to use when we checked in. The house was very clean with adequate utility in all 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and sitting room. We like the location with adequate free street marking.

Negative: The pillows were not quite comfortable as in a hotel.

Summary: We have a very nice 3-night stay at this 3-bedroom house
