Positive: The apartment had an amazing location, just a few steps from the metro - Palmovka station. This allowed us to get everywhere we wanted. After a whole day of walking, we didn't have to walk far to our accommodation. The accommodation also has one big advantage, which is the possibility of parking in an underground garage, accessible by car through a garage elevator. The keys included the keys to this garage elevator. The doors opened, we pressed the -1 floor, the garage doors closed, and in a few seconds, we were down, so no problem at all. The accommodation has a designated parking spot, so parking is always guaranteed. The apartment is spacious, and I think it would be in high demand after some improvements.
Negative: When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned at all. Check-in was possible from 3:00 PM, and we arrived around 5:30 PM. The bed linens in the bedroom were not changed, there was a lot of dust and crumbs on the floor, and there were hairs with dust around the sockets in the bedroom where the table lamps were plugged in. The trash bin was not emptied, the toilet and sink were not cleaned, there was mold in the shower, the towels were already used, they smelled and were placed on the washing machine. The fridge and sink in the kitchen were not cleaned. The room was reserved for three people, but there was nothing prepared for the third person on the couch, not even bed linens, pillows, or a duvet. I was glad that in the end, only two of us arrived because I wouldn’t have slept on that couch either—it was dirty and unclean. I immediately called the owner, who sent a cleaner. She changed the bed linens and gave us unused towels still with tags on them. A day later, the owner messaged me in English, even though he knew I spoke Slovak (I can't imagine someone who doesn't know English being able to communicate this way), saying that if I gave him a good rating of 10, I would be entered into some kind of sweepstakes/contest. The bed was uncomfortable, with two cheap thin mattresses on top of each other.

Positive: I could not find the address on my car navigator and tried to ask the host but not responded. We finally found it 45 minutes after midnight! The issue was that the house number was given wrongly at the beginning of the address (25) and the navigator took the number after the street name (2)!
Negative: the given address has to be corrected. no response from the host!
