Negative: The upstair whirl pool tubs are great but could use a bar to help you get in and out because you need to lift your leg high to get in. The fireplace was listed but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We came in late from activities so we didn’t want to call someone . It wasn’t that big a deal.
Summary: We loved the house, would stay here again.

Positive: Location was great. Away from the strip. It was a huge cabin. It was a great size for our family.
Negative: When we arrived, our original cabin wasn't cleaned. (We arrived at almost 11 pm) I found a contact in a book in the cabin (Ethan with KCS). They questioned when it was that I had booked the cabin, then stated that there was a computer glitch. They moved us to cabin 35 for the night. The next morning our son used the bathroom upstairs and as soon as he flushed the toliet, the pipes in the walls started leaking into the kitchen cabinets, through the ceiling, and onto the counters in the kitchen. I immediately took pictures and contacted Ethan again and let him know. I kept in contact with him because several hours later, it was continuing to leak, and the paint was draping due to the leak at that point. When we finally were able to get back into our originally booked cabin, several of the towels had big rips in them. Also, the pool hours were incorrect. We were told that it closed at 9 pm, not 10 pm.. which was a big deal for us choosing any place to stay.

Positive: The cabin looks amazing on the outside and inside. Great location, with a view of the lake. Has good options. It is decorated very nicely, looked pretty clean and organized. We really enjoyed the sunroom/porch. Has an indoor pool with jacuzzi. Every room had king beds with a hot tub in the bathroom. Rooms are good size.
Negative: There was alot of dust inside. Alot of things were old, broken, and not working properly. The beds were a bit rough to sleep on. Can be improved with the kitchenware options and towels. Dishwasher was not working prior to our visit.
Summary: Not too bad.

Negative: The condo could have been updated. The walls need to be painted. They was scratched up where bed had been moved around kitchen would have been better if the appliances was updated too.

Positive: Large enough for all the family. close to general store for odds and ends and pizza. It had 4 baths so every bedroom had it’s own.
Negative: Far from main part of Branson and too close to entrance of Silver $ City. Small kitchen and toaster was slow. Main bathroom was too close to table to use when others were eating.

Positive: Beautiful home. Everything we needed. Lots of nice features. Loved the back porch. Kitchen well stocked. Jetted tubs in every bathroom. Soft beds. Absolutely loved every bit of it.
